Packers Have Also Interviewed Chuck Pagano For HC Job

Tom Silverstein is reporting that the Packers have also interviewed former Colts HC Chuck Pagano for their vacant head coach position.

This comes shortly after the news that the Packers recently interviewed for former Colts and Lions HC Jim Caldwell.

The Packers are clearly moving quickly with their head-coaching search after firing Mike McCarthy a few weeks ago.

Pagano, 58, spent a few years as the Ravens’ secondary coach before he was promoted to defensive coordinator in 2011. The Colts later hired him as their head coach a year later and he spent six years in Indianapolis before he was fired this past January.

During his six years in Indianapolis, Pagano led the team to a record of 53-43 (55.2 percent) and three playoff appearances including an AFC Championship game appearance in 2014.

We’ll have more regarding the Packers’ head-coaching search as the news is available.
