The Green Bay Packers announced Saturday that they’ve placed DL Mike Daniels and WR Trevor Davis on injured reserve and promoted FB Danny Vitale to their active roster.
Daniels, 29, is a former fourth-round pick of the Packers back in 2012. He’s currently in the fourth year of his five-year, $41.66 million contract and set to make a base salary of $6.6 million for the 2018 season.
In 2018,ย Daniels appeared in 10 games for the Packers and recorded 18 tackles, two sacks, and a pass defense.
Davis, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Packers back in 2016. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2.5 million contract and set to make base salaries of $630,000 and $720,000 over the first two years of the agreement.
In 2018, Davis appeared in two games for the Packers and totaled 64 kick and punt return yards and no receptions.
