Packers Work Out 4 Players Including DT Joey Mbu

Rob Demovsky of ESPN reports that the Packers worked out four players on Wednesday including DT Brandon Bryant, DT Lars Koht, DT Joey Mbu and OT Lawrence Walker.

Mbu, 23, wound up signing on with the Falcons as an undrafted free agent out of Houston back in May of last year. He was unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason but was later signed to their practice squad.

Mbu was once again cut loose this year as the Falcons got their roster down to 53 players. He signed to the team’s practice squad before being cut loose just a few days later.

In 2015, Mbu appeared in two games for the Falcons and recorded four tackles and no sacks.
