Patriots Hosted Veteran DT Bennie Logan

According to Mike Reiss, the Patriots brought in free agent DT Bennie Logan for a visit on Thursday.

The Patriots opted to sign DT Mike Pennel, so it remains to be seen if Logan is still in an option in New England.

This is the first reported interest in him since the free agent market officially opened.

Logan, 29, is a former third-round pick of the Eagles back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $3.032 million contract before signing a one-year, $8 million contract with the Chiefs for the 2017 season.

The Titans agreed to a one-year deal for $4 million with Logan last year.

In 2018, Logan appeared in 15 games for the Titans and recorded 14 tackles and no sacks.

We have him featured in our Top 100 Available Free Agents list.
