New England’s defense has already dealt with their fair share of injuries to key players on their defense but the latest news could cause even more problems than the loss of Ty Warren. The team placed star cornerback Leigh Bodden on IR yesterday in a move to finalize their 75 man roster.
Bodden was placed on IR because of torn rotator cuff which leaves the Patriots secondary as one of the youngest in the NFL. There is little doubt that the team will look to fill some holes via the trade market or the free-agent pool in the coming days leading up to the start of the season.
