According to Field Yates, the Raiders have claimed DL Jeremiah Valoaga off waivers from the 49ers and placed CB Nick Nelson on season-ending injured reserve.
The Raiders officially announced the roster moves:

Valoaga, 25, originally signed on with the Lions as an undrafted free agent out of UNLV back in May of 2017. He bounced on and off their practice squad before being cut coming of out last year’s preseason.
He signed with the Dolphins’ practice squad in September of last year but was waived in May. The 49ers signed him last August and was eventually promoted from their practice squad, but was waived on Monday.
In 2019, Valoaga has appeared in four games for the 49ers and recorded two total tackles, one pass defense, and no other statistics.
