Vic Tafur of The Athletic hears the Raiders and Packers are going to be “all over” free agent ILB Cory Littleton once the legal tampering window officially opens on Monday.
Littleton should have plenty of interest, considering that he’s considered to be the top inside linebacker available in this year’s free agent class.
The Raiders have been linked to Littleton for a few weeks now and while the Packers could really use an impact player at the position, his price tag could be out of their reach this year.
Littleton, 26, is a former undrafted free agent out of Washington signed by the Rams in 2016. He played out the final year of his three-year, $1,635 million contract before returning to the Rams last year on a one-year restricted deal worth $3,095,000.
Littleton is set to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
In 2019, Littleton appeared in all 16 games for the Rams and recorded 134 tackles, 3.5 sacks, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, four recoveries, and nine pass defenses.
We have him included in our Top 100 – 2020 Free Agents list.
