Field Yates reports that the Raiders have placed DE Arden Key on injured reserve Thursday and promoted LB Quentin Poling to their active roster.
This move was expected following the news that Key suffered a broken foot that was likely to cost him the remainder of the 2019 season.
Key, 23, is a former third-round pick of the Raiders back in 2018. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $3,286,376 contract that includes an $826,376 signing bonus.
In 2019, Key appeared in seven games for the Raiders and recorded four tackles and two sacks.
