The Oakland Raiders officially re-signed exclusive rights free agent LB Shilique Calhoun on Thursday.
Calhoun, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Raiders back in 2016. He was in the second year of his four-year, $3.29 million contract and set to make a base salary of $565,000 when the Raiders cut him loose coming out of the preseason last year.
Oakland later signed him to their practice squad and eventually promoted him to their active roster midseason. The Raiders placed an exclusive rights tender on Calhoun last week.
In 2017, Calhoun appeared in nine games for the Raiders and recorded eight tackles and no sacks.
