James Palmer reports that the Raiders are re-signing RB Jalen Richard to a contract on Tuesday.
Richard, 25, wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Southern Miss back in 2016. He played out the final year of his three-year, $1,620,000 contract and was testing the open market as a restricted free agent.
The Raiders tendered him a contract as a restricted free agent last month, meaning he is now officially under contract for the 2019 season.
In 2018, Richard appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders and rushed for 259 yards on 55 carries (4.7 YPC) to go along with 68 receptions for 607 yards receiving and one touchdown.
