According to Tom Pelissero of USA Today, the Oakland Raiders tendered exclusive rights free agents OL Matt McCants, LB Kaelin Burnett, RB Jamize Olawale, CB Brandian Ross and RB Jeremy Stewart.
- Pelissero adds that Burnett, Olawale, Ross and Steward will all receive $570,000 next year.
- McCants’ tender is worth $495,000
Oakland still has well over $60 million in available cap space to send this offseason.
Exclusive rights free agents are players who has two or fewer tenured years in the NFL, and can only negotiate with his original team. The team must tender an offer by the league-mandated deadline, otherwise the player becomes an unrestricted free agent.
