Cole apparently impressed the Raiders at minicamp and will get a chance to compete with P Johnny Townsend for the starting punter job.
Kaser, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the Chargers back in 2016. He played over two years for the Chargers before he was placed on waivers in October, 2018.
Kaser was signed by the Packers for a few days near the end of 2018, then caught on with the Raiders on a futures deal in early 2019.
In 2018, Kaser appeared in four games for the Chargers and totaled 515 punt yards on 13 attempts (39.61 YPA) and one touchback.
