Ian Rapoport reports that the Raiders are working out veteran RB Robert Turbin on Thursday.
Turbin, 29, is a former fourth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2012. He was waived by the Seahawks during the 2015 season and later claimed off of waivers by the Browns.
Turbin’s stay in Cleveland was short-lived, as the Browns wound up waiving him after just a few months. The Cowboys later signed him to a contract and gave him the opportunity to finish out the year in Dallas.
The Colts signed Turbin in 2017and brought him back on a two-year, $2.7 million contract. However, Indianapolis elected to move on from him in November of last year.
In 2018, Turbin has appeared in two games for the Colts and rushed for 10 yards on four carries (2.5 YPC) to go along with one reception for three yards and no touchdowns.
