According to Howard Balzer, Rams OL Aaron Neary has been suspended for the first four games of the season for violating league policy on substances of abuse.
Neary, 26, originally signed on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Eastern Washington back in 2016. He was among Denver’s final roster cuts and quickly signed on to the Eagles’ practice squad.
From there, Neary was claimed off of waivers by the Rams and had a brief stint with the Browns before returning to the Rams last September. Los Angeles brought Neary back on a futures contract this past February.
In 2017, Neary appeared in one game for the Eagles.
