Ravens QB Joe Flacco Unlikely To Return In Week 12

Following Sunday’s win over the Bengals, Ravens HC John Harbaugh told reporters that it will be tough for QB Joe Flacco to return for their next game, per Jeff Zrebiec.

Harbaugh added thatย Flacco saw a specialist in New York earlier in theย week regarding his hip injury and the team ultimately decided toย rule him out.

On Sunday’s pregame show, Jay Glazer said that the Ravens wanted to get an extended look at Lamar Jackson, who made his debut today, so I’m sure they’re fine with Flacco taking his time to get healthy.

Robert Griffin III would willย handle backup quarterback duties while Flacco is out.

Flacco, 33, is a former first-round pick of the Ravens back in 2008. He’s currently in the third year of a six-year, $125 million contract that contained $44 million guaranteed.
