Brown, 24, wound up signing on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia back in 2013.ย The Ravens elected to not tender him a restricted offer, but it appears as though their plan was to bring him back on a lower deal all along.
Unfortunately, Brown’s 2015 season ended after he suffered a back in during Week 11 and was subsequently placed on season-ending injured reserve.
In 2015,ย Brown appeared in 10 games for the Ravens and recorded 14 receptions for 112 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
Carter, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Steelers back in 2011. He spent three seasons in Pittsburgh before catching on with the Bengels in 2014.
He later signed on with the Ravens towards the end of last year.
In 2015, Carter appeared in 15 games and recorded 10 tackles and a fumble recovery.
