The Baltimore Ravens announced Monday that they’ve signed UMass DE Da’Sean Downey to a contract after he tried out for the team this past weekend.

Downey wound up going undrafted out of UMass a few weeks ago before securing a tryout with the Ravens during their rookie minicamp this past weekend.
During his four-year college career at UMass, Downey recorded 187 tackles, 34 tackles for a loss, 11 sacks, an interception, four forced fumbles, and pass defenses over the course of 40 games.
