Bell, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2015. The Buccaneers elected to cut Bell loose coming out of the preseason last year with an injury designation and he later reverted to their injured reserve list.
Tampa Bay waived him with an injury settlement soon after and he signed onto the Ravens’ practice squad. Baltimore waived him with an injury designation and he reverted to injured reserve back in August. The Ravens waived Bell from I.R. soon after.
Bell has yet to appear in an NFL game.
Holmes, 26, wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue back in May of 2015. He managed to make the 53-man roster coming out of preseason, but was cut loose just a few weeks later.
The Raiders later signed him to their practice squad after he cleared waivers and elected to bring Holmes back on a one-year, exclusive rights contract this past April. Unfortunately, Oakland waived him coming out of the preseason and he later signed on to the Seahawks’ practice squad.
Seattle elected to release him a few weeks ago and he later signed on to the Ravens’ practice squad.
Holmes has yet to appear in an NFL game.
