Ravens TE Darren Waller has officially beenย reinstated after serving a one-year suspension for violating leagues substance abuse policy, according to Jeff Zrebiec.
Waller, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Ravens. Heโs currently in the third year of his four-year, $2.39 million rookie contractย and stands to make base salaries ofย $615,000 and $705,000 over the final two years of the agreement.
Waller made the transition to tight end after playing receiver in 2015. However, he was placed on the reserve/suspended list after he again violated theย league’s substance abuse policy.
In 2016, Waller appeared in 12 games for the Ravens and caught 10 passes for 85 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
