The Baltimore Ravens officially waived WR Jaelon Acklin with an injury designation on Monday.
Should Acklin clear waivers tomorrow, he would revert to the Ravens’ injured serve list.
Acklin, 22, wound up signing on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Western Illinois back in May. This was his first opportunity with an NFL team.
During his senior year at Western Illinois, Acklin caught 105 passes for 1,733 yards receiving and 12 touchdowns over the course of 12 games. He also rushed for 255 yards on 21 carries.
