Redskins DE Brandon Moore Suspended First Four Games of 2014

Pro Football Talk first reported that the Redskins DE Brandon Moore has been suspended for the first four games of the 2014 season.

• ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Moore’s suspension was for violating the NFL substance abuse policy.

The Redskins claimed DE Brandon Moore off of waivers from the Kansas City Chiefs on March 24.

Moore, 23, spent most of the 2013 season on the Chargers’ practice squad before later joining the Broncos for a brief period of time.  He initially signed with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Texas back in 2013.
