Towbridge, 24, signed with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of Louisville in 2017. He was placed on injured reserve with an injury for his rookie year, then spent 2018 on the practice squad after being released coming out of the preseason.
Towbridge joined the Atlanta Legends of the AAF this spring, playing in seven games for the Atlanta Legends and totaling 17 receptions for 196 yards.
The Titans signed Towbridge to a contract back in April and he was later claimed off waivers by the Bills.
