Dez Bryant mentioned that he expects to play against the Chiefs this weekend, but added that he’s not sure if he’ll be able to practice on Wednesday, via ESPN Dallas.

Calvin Watkins of ESPN Dallas reports that X-rays on WR Dez Bryant left foot came back negative, but they did reveal that he has a sprain.
While this is good news to some degree for the Cowboys, it does suggest that Bryant will likely be questionable for Week 2’s game against the Chiefs.
Bryant was double-teamed throughout Sunday night’s game, which is probably something we can expect to see throughout the season. We’ll have more regarding Bryant’s status in the coming days.
