Alex Marvez Fox Sports reports that Falcons OC Dirk Koetter will interview with the Chiefs, Browns and Eagles regarding their head coach vacancies at some point this week.
It’s not surprising that NFL teams have interest in Koetter, but it is pretty amazing that he already has three interviews lined up and these jobs just became available a few hours ago.
The Falcons offense has clearly taken steps in the right direction and Koetter is largely responsible for this improvement. It’s hard to say whether or not teams have him at the top of their list or if he’s just being proactive about the interviewing process, but we should know more in the coming days.
