ESPN’s Adam Caplan reports that free agent G Daryn Colledgeย is visiting with the Eagles on Wednesday and Thursday.
Colledge found some interest from the Rams in the day leading up to the start of free agency. Alex Marvez reports that the Dolphins were one of the teams with interest in Colledge months ago.
The Cardinals chose to part ways with the veteran offensive lineman and take theย $2.725 million in cap space.
Colledge, 32, was a starter for the Cardinals last year and appeared in all 16 games. However, he’s been a part of the one of the worst offensive line units in recent years and is already in his thirties, so we’ll have to seeย if there is genuine interest from Philadelphia in the weeks.
He graded out as the No. 39 guard in the league last year, according toย Pro Football Focus. Colledge did show some promise as a pass-blocker though.
