Ian Rapoport reports that free agent RT Jermey Parnell has been telling friends that he plans to sign with the Jaguars.
- Rapoport reports that Parnell will receive a five-year, $32 million contract from the Jaguars.
Recent reports had mentioned the Jets, Buccaneers, and Redskins as potential options for Parnell.
Parnell, 28, has played out his four-year, $4.63 million rookie contract and is now in line for a sizable raise for the 2015 season. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 21 offensive tackles in the league out of 84 qualifying players.
