Chris Havel of 1400 AM in Green Bay was first to report that that Packers OLB Nick Perry suffered a broken foot during Sunday’s win over the Baltimore Ravens.
- Lance Allan of WTMJ has since confirmed the report.
Perry, a former first-round pick, was filling for the injured Clay Matthews on Sunday and managed to put together one of the best performances of his career, which included a sack/fumble that led to a field goal before half-time. It’s worth noting that Perry was able to finish the game, despite the injury.
The Packers have suffered a number of injuries in recent weeks, so this is hardly the type of news they were hoping for regarding Perry.
Mike Neal, Andy Mulumba and Nate Palmer are likely to fill in while Perry is out.
