Report: Rams Second-Year RB Terrance Ganaway Gives Up Football

Jim Thomas reports that Rams second-year RB Terrance Ganaway has decided to quit football and focus on getting his degree.

Ganaway was taken in the sixth-round by the New York Jets, but wasn’t able to crack the team’s 53-man roster and was later claimed off of waivers by the Rams.

There was some question regarding his role with the Rams moving forward, especially after they drafted Zac Stacy this year. The Rams have already announced that Daryl Richardson will be their starting running back this season with Isaiah Pead likely being his backup.
