Westbrooks, 29, wound up signing on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of West Texas A&M back in 2014. He played out his rookie contract with the Rams before returning on an original-round tender for the 2017 season.
The Rams would later sign Westbrooks to a one-year, $1.3M contract extension during the 2017 season. He signed on with the Raiders last year, but was released at the start of the season.
San Francisco signed Westbrooks back in February but he was released soon after.
In 2018, Westbrooks appeared in all 16 games for the Rams and recorded eight tackles, one sack and a pass defense.
Clarke, 29, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals back in 2014. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2,820,380 contract and set to make a base salary of $700,000 when the Bengals elected to cut him loose as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
The Buccaneers later signed Clake to a contract at the start of the season and brought him back on a new contract for the 2018 season. Tampa Bay eventually released him.
Clarke had a brief stint with the Lions this past August.
In 2018, Clarke appeared in three games for the Buccaneers but hasn’t recorded a statistic.
