Seahawk Sign DE David King Off Bengals’ Practice Squad, Cut LB Allen Bradford

The Seattle Seahawks announced Thursday that they signed DE David King off of the Bengals’ practice squad and waived LB Allen Bradford.

King, 24, is a former seventh-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles. He was unable to make the Eagles’ final 53-man roster coming out of last year’s preseason and was placed on waivers.

The Bengals later signed King to a future/reserve contract back in early January. King was unable to make it through final roster cuts again in 2014 and wound up signing to Cincinnati’s practice squad.

He has yet to appear in an NFL game.

Bradford, 26, was selected in the sixth round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Tampa Buccaneers. He was later claimed off of waivers by the Seahawks before going on to play for the Giants, Jaguars and Browns.

Seattle signed him off of the Browns’ practice squad close to a month ago.

Bradford has appeared in one NFL game this season, but has yet to record a single statistic.
