Seattle recently designated Penny to return from injured reserve. (NFLTR)
Penny, 24, is a former first-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2018. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $10,765,436 contract that includes a $5,909,408 signing bonus with the Seahawks.
Penny’s rookie deal includes a fifth-year option for the Seahawks to pick up in 2021.
He was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list back in August due to a knee injury he sustained late last season.
In 2019, Penny appeared in 10 games for the Seahawks and rushed for 370 yards on 65 carries (5.7 YPC) to go along with eight receptions for 83 yards receiving and four touchdowns.
