Stanley, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Georgia back in April. He later signed a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Falcons, but was waived coming out of the preseason.
The Dolphins later signed Stanley to their practice squad in October before releasing him a few weeks later. He caught on with the Jaguars’ practice squad and was brought back on a futures deal for 2020.
During his college career at Georgia, Stanley caught three passes for 32 yards receiving and one touchdown and rushed for 81 yards on four carries over the course of 10 games and three seasons.
