Flowers, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2018. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year rookie contract.
In 2020, Flowers has appeared in 11 games for the Seahawks and recorded 46 tackles, one forced fumble and two recoveries.
Boone, 33, wound up signing on with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Ohio State back in 2009. After seven years in San Francisco, Boone signed a four-year, $26.8 million contract that includes $10 million guaranteed with the Vikings as a free agent.
Boone was set to make base salaries of $6.6. million over the remainder of the contract when the Vikings cut him loose as they cut their roster down to 53 players in 2017. From there, he signed on with the Cardinals before retiring.
For his career, Boone has appeared in 105 over the course of eight seasons, making 86 starts.
