The Seattle Seahawks officially signed LB Khairi Fortt to a contract on Monday.
- The Seahawks waived LB Christian French with an injury designation.
Fortt, 24, was a fourth-round pick of the Saints back in 2014. However, he lasted just a few months in New Orleans before he was waived and later claimed by the Bengals.
His time in Cincinnati was also short lived, as he was once again cut loose just a month after he joined the Bengals. The Jaguars later signed him off of the Bengals’ practice squad, but he was among their early roster cuts at the start of the 2015 season.
In 2014, Fortt appeared in three games and recorded a single tackle for the Jaguars.
