According to Howard Balzer, the Seahawks brought in three players for workouts on Tuesday including DE Kevin Wilkins and RBs Alfred Blue and Robert Turbin.
Turbin, 29, is a former fourth-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2012. He was waived by the Seahawks during the 2015 season and later claimed off of waivers by the Browns.
He had short stints with Cleveland and the Cowboys before signing with the Colts in 2017 and was re-signed to a two-year, $2.7 million contract. However, Indianapolis elected to move on from him in November of last year.
This is the first reported interest in Turbin since he worked out for the Raiders back in April.
In 2018, Turbin has appeared in two games for the Colts and rushed for 10 yards on four carries (2.5 YPC) to go along with one reception for three yards and no touchdowns.
Blue, 28, is a former sixth-round pick of the Texans back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2,337,932 contract with the Texans and re-signed with the team on a one-year deal for 2018.
Blue signed with the Jaguars this offseason on a one-year deal but was released from their injured reserve back in October.
This is the first reported interest in Blue since becoming a free agent.
In 2018, Blue appeared in 16 games for the Texans and rushed for 499yards on 150 carries (3.3 YPC) and two touchdowns to go along with 20 receptions for 154 yards receiving.
