The Steelers have signed S Jordan Dangerfield to a one-year, $540,000 contract on Friday, according to Joe Rutter of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
This is the third exclusive rights signing for the Steelers in the past few days, as they’ve already re-signed FB Roosevelt Nix and WR Cobi Hamilton.
Dangerfield, 26, originally signed on with the Bills as an undrafted free agent out of Towson back in 2013. He lasted just a few months in Buffalo before he was cut at the start of the 2013 season.
The Steelers later signed him to a future/reserve contract after the season and he was on and off of their practice squad the past few years before making the 53-man roster this past season.
In 2016, Dangerfield appeared in 14 games for the Steelers and recorded 16 tackles and no interceptions.
