Hall, 22, wound up signing on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Pittsburgh following the 2019 NFL Draft. He agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract, but was waived soon after.
Hall spent time with the Bengals and Packers during the preseason in 2019, as well as a couple of stints on Pittsburgh’s practice squad.
During his college career at Pittsburgh, Hall rushed 381 times for 2189 yards and 21 touchdowns, and caught 38 passes for 267 yards and one touchdown.
