Mark Kaboly reports that the Steelers are signing former XFL OLB Christian Kuntz to a contract on Thursday.
This is now the fourth XFL players the Steelers have signed to a contract this week.
Kuntz, 25, originally signed on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Duquesne back in 2017. He lasted just a few days in New England before he was waived at the start of the regular season.
From there, Kuntz caught on with the Broncos before eventually signing on to the Jaguars’ practice squad last year.
During his college career at Duquesne, Kuntz played linebacker and recorded 64 tackles, 11.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and a recovery.
