The Pittsburgh Steelers officially placed OT Matt Feiler on waivers Monday.
Feiler, 24, originally signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Bloomsburg back in May of 2014. He lasted just over a year in Houston before signing on to the Steelers’ practice squad at the start of last season.
The Steelers elected to bring Feiler back on a future/reserve contract this past January but he was cut loose coming out of the preseason. Pittsburgh added him to their practice squad before calling him up a few weeks ago.
In 2016, Feiler has been active for one game.
