On Friday, Syracuse linebacker Shyheim Cullen announced via his Twitter account that he is entering the Supplemental draft.

Cullen is the second player to enter the 2019 Supplement draft after West Virginia receiver Marcus Simms officially filed his paperwork on Thursday.
Cullen was suspended for the spring semester by Syracuse due to academic issues.
During his college career at Syracuse, Cullen recorded 43 tackles, a sack, two fumble recoveries and two pass defenses over the course of 22 games.
