Per John McClain, the Texans have activated S Justin Reid from the non-football injury list.
Reid was on the list following a car accident where his vehicle was hit by a drunk driver.
Reid, 22, was selected in the third round out of Stanford by the Texans in 2018. He signed a four-year, $4.063 million deal including a $1.039 million signing bonus.
In 2018, Reid played all 16 games for the Texans, recording 87 total tackles, one forced fumble, two recoveries, three interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, and 10 pass defenses. He was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 20 safety out of 93 qualifying players.
