Texans HCย Bill O’Brien confirmed Friday that WR Will Fuller tore his ACL and will be out for the rest of the season.
You can expect the Texans to place him on injured reserve in the coming days and add someone to their roster.
Texans WR Will Fuller is believed to have suffered a torn ACL during Thursday’s win over the Dolphins, according to John McClain.
Fuller will undergo an MRI on Friday to determine the severity of his knee injury.
Fuller, 24, is a former first-round pick of the Texans back in 2016. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $10.164 million contract and stands to makeย base salaries of $1.37 million and $1.83 million over the next two years of the contract.
The contract includes a fifth-year option for the team to pick up next year.
In 2018, Fuller appeared inย seven games and caught 32 passes for 503 yards receiving and four touchdowns.
