According to Aaron Wilson, the Texans have signed former Seahawks OL Elijah Nkansah to their practice squad on Wednesday.
Here’s the Texans updated practice squad:

- WR Steven Mitchell Jr
- RB Karon Higdon Jr
- DL Albert Huggins
- S Chris Johnson
- DE Wyatt Ray
- DB Cornell Armstrong
- WR Chad Hansen
- DB Jonathan Owens
- OL Elijah Nkansah
Nkansah, 24, signed on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo back in May of last year. He was among Seattle’s final roster cuts coming out of the preseason and signed onto their practice squad once he passed through waivers unclaimed.
Seattle cut him, once again, as they trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit this preseason and has bounced on and off their practice squad since then.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
