Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Texans are working out veteran offensive lineman Ulrick John on Friday.
John, 27, is a former seventh-round pick of the Colts back in 2014. He lasted over a year in Indianapolis before signing on to the Dolphins’ active roster.
John had brief stints with the Cardinals and Packers before the Patriots signed him for the 2018 season. The Saints signed John to a contract back in May before placing him on injured reserve and eventually cutting him loose with a settlement in August.
In 2017, John was active for five games.
