Titans Promote WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine To Active Roster

The Tennessee Titans announced Wednesday that they’ve promoted WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine to their active roster.

Westbrook-Ikhine takes the roster spot of Cody Hollister, who was waived on Tuesday.

Westbrook-Ikhine, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Indiana back in April. He later signed a three-year, $2.28 million contract with the Titans.

However, Tennessee opted to waive Westbrook-Ikhine coming out of training camp and sign him to their practice squad after clearing waivers.

During his college career at Indiana, Westbrook caught 144 passes for 2,226 yards receiving and 16 touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 40 games.
