The Tennessee Titans announced Monday that they’ve signed nine players futures contract for the 2019 season.
The full list includes:
- RB Dalyn Dawkins
- OL Jamil Douglas
- CB Mike Jordan
- WR Roger Lewis
- OLB Gimel President
- OL David Quessenberry
- WR Kalif Raymond
- WR Devin Ross
- S Damon Webb
Futures deals are essentially camp invites that will give players the opportunity to compete for roster spots during offseason workouts and training camp.
Quessenberry, 28, is a former sixth-round pick of the Texans back in 2013. He was entering the final year a four-year, $2.273 million rookie contractย and was set to make a base salary ofย $645,000 in 2017 when he was waived at the start of last year and later signed to their practice squad.
Houston eventually called him up to their active roster, but he was once again cut loose coming out of the preseason. The Titans later signed him to their practice squad in September.
In 2017, Quessenberry appeared in two games for the Texans.
