Reports throughout the week mentioned that Cowboys QB Tony Romo should be fine for this weekends game against the New York Giants but a report from Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com mentions that he’s yet to take any snaps from under center.
“We’re still in the process of doing some things like that,” said Romo. “And I think each day that stuff gets a little bit better.”
Dallas has been preparing backup QB Steven McGee in case Romo is unable to play at any point in the game. McGee has worked with the first team offense throughout the week but Romo figures to start the game in spite of the injury.
