Tony Romo’s Lung Has Healed

ESPN Dallas reports that Cowboys QB Tony Romo‘s recent CT scanned revealed that the small puncture in his lung has healed.

“Everything is on go as we would hoped it would be and expected it to be relative to his lung status,” said Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said. “That still doesn’t necessarily mean he’s going to play Monday night, but still that’s on go.”

Cowboys backup QB John Kitna said that he expects Romo to play in Monday’s game but he has yet to practice this week so his status is still up in the air.
