Theย Denver Broncos are re-signing DL Kyle Peko to their practice squad on Tuesday, according to Nicki Jhabvala.
The Broncos’ practice squad now consists of:
- S Dymonte Thomas
- CB Marcus Rios
- OLB Deiontrez Mount
- TE Austin Traylor
- RB Jonathan Williams
- DT Tyrique Jarrett
- WR River Cracraft (Injured)
- WR Tim Patrick
- DL Kyle Peko
Peko, 24, wound up signing three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon State back in May of last year. Denver waived himย back in September and later signed him to their practice squad.
The Broncos waived Peko as they trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit and re-signed him to their practice squad. He’s been on and off of their roster this year.
In 2016, Peko appeared in one game for the Broncos and recorded two total tackles. So far this season, he has appeared in one game but did not record any statistics.
During his one year at Oregon State, Peko recorded 45 tackles, 4.5 tackles for a loss, two sacks and two pass defenses.
