Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star reports that Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians has been released from the hospital and expects to interview for head coaching positions in the coming days.
Chappell mentions that Arians will interview for the Bears job on Sunday, but adds that the Browns, Chargers and Eagles are also interested in meeting with him.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter adds that Arians will interview with the Chargers on Monday.
Arians has quickly become a hot target as the season has played out. He did a phenomenal job with a completely overhauled Colts team and rookie quarterback in place of Chuck Pagano. He’s been linked to almost every head coaching job on the market, and the Chargers reportedly have him atop their list of candidates, so the other teams have to move quickly once he begins the process.
